Axton Liquid rubber is a non-toxic water-based single pack pure acrylic rubberized waterproof coating with excellent elongation
and elasticity with high build. Axton Liquid Rubber can be used on its own to build a high film thickness for water proofing and bridging properties, it can also be used in conjunction with water-proofing membrane to assist with bridging of cracks and to cover parapet wall overlaps. Axton Liquid Rubber has Excellent UV resistance and water repellent properties and has a 12 year life expectancy it does not need to be top-coated. Axton Liquid Rubber provides elongation over 3 times its original film and recovers back to its original form. Low V.O.C. low odour and lead free.
