Diagnose before dispatch
Inspection should record defect size, depth, surrounding cracking, deformation, drainage, repeat history, traffic exposure and whether deeper layers appear compromised.
Match the intervention
FlexiRoad uses different repair cells for shallow surface defects, deep potholes, base failure, edges and drainage. The intent is to standardise proven work packages without pretending every road failure is the same.
Monitor recurrence
A repair becomes more useful data when the system knows where it was done, what method and materials were used, the QA evidence and whether the defect returned.
